I finished with honors Technical Direction Secondary Education, which helped me to develop my technological design skills. I have also represented my school as Ambassador of Arts various times.

It was essential to me learn how World works in order to promote the expansion of graphic design beyond conventional frames of reference, and maintain the international discourse of design's role in socio-cultural development. Understanding World Politics inspired me to create sustainable designs.

I am constantly learning and evolving my skills, thus, recently I have received Graphic Design PG degree. This enabled me to develop my graphic design thinking and making, and work on new projects.

This Project’s brief included designing ‘ready to hang’ wall art inspired by nature. The client's primary requirement was for the design to effectively convey strong visual message about sustainable living and evoke sense of tranquility in the viewer.


During the design process, I aimed to capture the essence of the natural world while ensuring that it seamlessly integrates into modern households.


The solution was achieved by crafting three interconnected wall art pieces that depict picturesque view of a lake surrounded by lush pine forest and mountains in the distance, as seen through a window. These pieces are intentionally arranged near one another, forming cohesive composition that serves as visually captivating focal point and optimizes room's horizontal space.


The choice of this particular view was deliberate, as it not only maximizes the utilization of space but also introduces a touch of greenery into room. This infusion of nature evokes positive emotions and serves as a gentle reminder to individuals of their responsibility towards fostering a healthier planet.

Book Cover Design A

This project aimed to develop two captivating book designs, in paperback and hardcover formats, that both were “distinct yet shared similarities”, enabling the guidebook to be instantly recognizable and enticing readers to pick it up from the shelf.


To achieve these design goals, I adhered to a well-defined strategy. The initial step involved conducting throughout research to identify the target readers and understand their psychographic characteristics, rather than solely relying on demographic information. This approach allowed me to gain insights into individuals and comprehend their preferences effectively.


The subsequent step entailed designing the imagery and selecting the appropriate tones. I particularly enjoyed utilizing brainstorming techniques, such as word associations, as they proved instrumental in capturing attention of the desired readership. For both book designs, I opted for imagery featuring lighthouse. This choice was motivated by the book's catchphrase, "Let your inner light guide your way."


Lastly, the paperback design employed a vibrant yellow color to grab attention and evoke feelings of joy and happiness, which are crucial elements in defining success. Conversely, the hardcover design incorporated watercolor-drawn seashore background to elicit sensations of calmness and harmony. The inclusion of blue and grey hues provided effective support in this regard. This decision was made considering the varying preferences of readers who favor paperback or hardcover and electronic formats.

Journal Cover and Interior Design B

Following the successful publication of the guidebook, the client proceeded with the launch of journal series. The primary goal of this project was to convey the inspirational essence of the guidebook through two diaries, specifically targeting female audience. An emphasis was placed on preserving lighthouse imagery, which contributed to the iconic status of this book.


Despite the project's demanding timeline, I have successfully achieved the desired outcome. By taking into consideration client's preferences, I have incorporated imagery of lighthouses for the covers. I intentionally altered the style to hand-drawn architectural drawings to establish psychological association with the series title "DRAFT of My Success".


Use of color associations was a key element in my design process. Studies have shown a preference for reddish tones among women, leading to the selection of a pink cover to symbolize healing and peace. Blue was chosen for its widespread popularity and its connotations of trust, peace, and loyalty.


In terms of interior design and layout, I opted for a clean and modern typography and decorations that would appeal to modern women seeking to journal regularly. I also incorporated citations and eye-catching illustrations to spark inspiration among readers.


In conclusion, the design brief was successfully executed through the creation of motivational diary designs that would resonate with young, progressive females.

This project involved creation of hardcover book, including illustrations and interior design, for children's educational book aimed at helping kids and their modern parents explore spirituality. The client's primary requirement was to have an eye-catching cover that immediately conveyed the main theme of the story, while also using illustrations to depict the plot in way that children could understand and remember important yet challenging information.


Client's objective was successfully achieved by creating a final design that effectively reached the intended target audience and maintained the appropriate mood throughout the entire book.


For the cover, an illustration of the main character was created sitting in lotus pose. The background featured theme of unity with the Universe and with stars was displayed. I then chose calming blue color gradient along with decorative sans-serif fonts, to create relaxed and imaginative composition.


In terms of illustrations, one of the key aspects was to create detailed images that depicted the main character engaging in activities such as meditation and gratitude. So, I selected pastel color palette to establish right mood among young readers, as these colors are often associated with peace and calmness.


For the interior design, I chosen modern sans-serif font with a size of 16pt for easy readability. Additionally, I included decorative elements representing nature, such as rainbows, stars, and animals. These elements were arranged differently on each page, adding an element of interest for children as they followed along with the book.

Wedding Card Design A

The assignment entailed creation of two wedding greeting cards. Design brief specified that one card should cater to the British consumer market, while the other should target the Chinese market. Both cards were required to incorporate culturally appropriate color combinations.


In order to meet these requirements, I have conducted thorough research and discovered that pastel colors such as blush tones, creams, and whites are highly favored by British consumers for its ability to evoke dreamy and romantic ambiance.

In contrast, red is considered an auspicious color in Chinese culture, symbolizing success, love, and honor. As a result, I chose combination of red and gold for Chinese market to reflect these positive connotations.


In addition to color selection,I integrated traditional Chinese design elements such as Chinese knots and Peony flowers to convey themes of unity, blessings, and wealth. The incorporation of these elements in the form of Chinese paper cutting patterns added a classic and traditional touch to the overall aesthetic. For the British consumer market, I adopted simple yet modern concept, featuring imagery of floral arch adorned with pastel blooms and depiction of classical bride and groom.


Finally, I have applied a glossy finish to both cards in order to enhance their appearance on the recipient's sideboard.

The primary objective of this project was to design postcard that captures the essence of the client's local area and would be available for purchase at the local gift shop. The client provided me with photographs showcasing main landmarks of the location and requested that all of them should be incorporated into single picture. Additionally, they wanted the village to exude a sense of tranquility and remoteness, while also enticing others to visit the place.


Drawing inspiration from these requirements, I employed the rule of thirds to create visually appealing design. This composition guideline aims to achieve a more natural and balanced image. To draw the consumer's attention and evoke positive memories, I deliberately placed the Lake sign on the left side of the postcard. Furthermore, I included ducks and seagulls as symbols of the area's natural beauty and serenity. The choice of a sans-serif handwritten font for the village name was intended to evoke nostalgic feelings. I also carefully selected color palette to convey sense of peace throughout the entire illustration.


The objective of creating a captivating postcard that instantly entices consumers to purchase it as a gift or souvenir has been successfully met, as the design serves as an effective advertisement solution, showcasing the area's charm and attracting potential visitors.

Among the various projects I have worked on, this project stands out as a personal favorite. The main aim was to launch limited series of children's clothing merchandise that would realistically showcase pets' personalities, while also appeal to children.


The concept for this design was inspired by previous Latvian campaign in 2009, where people would collect marks from convenience stores to acquire animal keyrings characterized by their large heads and small bodies. As a child at that time, I still remember the intense desire I felt upon first encountering those little toys.


To achieve objective, I employed fisheye lens effect in my illustrations of both pets, aiming to capture their distinct personalities and present them in adorable manner that would undoubtedly capture the attention of both children and their parents.


Furthermore, the choice of colors for the background played crucial role in the successful launch of this project. The serene and optimistic nature of the cat is represented by sky blue backdrop, while the energetic and innocent qualities of the dog are associated with a vibrant yellow background.

Drink Packaging

This project was undertaken with the objective of designing the packaging for new energy drink. The client, known for health-focused beverages, wanted unique can design to enter the energy drink industry, attract health-conscious consumers, and change perceptions about energy drinks.


I have successfully accomplished the client's brief by presenting the end-design: packaging highlights its status as healthier alternative, grabs attention, generates positive emotions, and differentiates itself from competitors.


This result was achieved by incorporating four essential components in the packaging that effectively convey the brand's identity and purpose. These components prominently highlight the absence of taurine, preservatives, or sugars in the beverage. Additionally, the packaging emphasizes that the drink is natural, vegan-friendly, and gluten-free. Most notably, it promotes the drink's health benefits and low calorie content, providing statement of energy boost for overall well-being.


Finally, packaging serves as a means of communicating the brand's message through the use of image, typography and colors. Energetic shades of cyan, pink, and purple were chosen as the primary colors, while dark green (symbolizing nature) and refreshing orange (symbolizing health) were added to create a visually appealing and minimalist landscape that captures the customer's attention. This imagery ensures that the drink is easily identifiable on store shelves and is tailored to the UK market, while also meeting the requirements for energy drinks in the broader EU market.

Branding and Mailing Box Design

The project aim was to relaunch the brand, convey company's perspective on sustainable living in relation to high-end children's clothing, and establish a connection with modern parents through the final logo, mailer box, and brand identity.


Overall, the new brand identity guide is designed to portray the business as a modern, sustainable, and premium children's brand. The colors, typography, imagery, and messages used are all carefully chosen to convey a sense of youthfulness, luxury, and an environmentally conscious perspective.


New logo design incorporates company's name in modern and appealing sans-serif font, effectively communicating sense of high quality. Chosen colors for the logo are also in line with the theme of nature and sustainability. The results of the Market Research Survey indicate that this design is memorable and conveys sense of luxury.


In terms of the mailer box designs, it was crucial for me to ensure that final graphics and layouts were visually pleasing and consistent with the brand identity. The box and all its contents are made from fully recyclable materials, aligning with the company's commitment to sustainability. Messages and their alignment on the box are designed to evoke positive emotions and create personalized experience, encouraging customers to return.


Upon reflection of the incorporated market research findings, it can be concluded that my final designs have successfully fulfilled the client's requirements. The new design effectively showcase transparency in terms of the production process and emphasize the use of natural materials.
